There are currently three mission types available for this game.
Single Battle
As you can probably tell by the name, this is an FFA (Free for all) match and whoever reaches the set amount of points (kills) first is declared the winner. This type of game play is great, but it ends up supplying less cash and less experience.
Team Battle
Two opposing sides, of a maximum of eight players, are responsible for conflicting objectives. In most cases, the objective consists of either setting or preventing the setting of a bomb, such as in the maps Missle, Desert Camp, Satellite, or Train; escaping from a location, such as in Shanghai; or retrieving an objective from a specific location, in Kinabalu and Hospital. Victory is accomplished by either eliminating all members of the opposing team, or accomplishing the objective.
Clan Battle
Two clans compete to see which clan is on top in a method akin to the "team battle" mode.
Different Versions
As with most big games this game has also been released in other countries. These include: - Korean - Japanese - Thai - North American
The North American edition is the newest, as a result does not have all the features the other editions of the games have.

Soldier Front has recently been updated on Wednesday April 18th 2007, this update included: - Clan Mode - 2 New Maps (Train, Satelite) - 2 New Guns (FR-F2, Colt-45) - Spawn Hacking fix (final)
