If you are lvl 45 or higher I would suggest that you just go to the Dark Wizards which are located south of Varrock Square. There you will witness many noobs die and you will probably get whatever they drop(which is usually a lot of runes they got from the Dark Wizards). Meanwhile you could get some training done. Good idea huh!!!

If you want to buy something really badly, you should go to a world that is almost full. Go to the west bank in Varrock and you will almost right away find someone who is selling what you want.

Go find someone who is selling something in the range of how much money you have. Such as if you have 30k you should try to find someone who has a Rune Skimmy. But in stead of buying it for 30k, say that your highest is 25k. Then say you'll buy it for 20k. They'll say 24k, you say 21k , they'll say 23k and you will get it for 22k. Then sell it for 30k. You just gained 8k.
